Here are just some of the factors that will make your holiday special:
1. I keep in touch with you via telephone or email from the moment you book right through to the time of arrival, answering any questions you may
have along the way.
2. I personally provide a Meet and Greet service no matter what time of the day or night you arrive. I like to be there on arrival to make sure my guests are comfortable.
3. My promise is that these are probably the cleanest rental villas you will find in Paphos. I personally oversee the cleaning and maintenance allowing the cleaning team whatever time they need to ensure the villa is up to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
4. I make sure the villa has a mid-stay clean and that the swimming pool also gets cleaned during your stay.
5. I can advise on places to visit, and where to eat out.
6. If there is any emergency, I am there.
7. You can order handmade chocolates with the flavors of Cyprus, either to enjoy during your stay, and/or to take home as gifts.

Our villas are located in Peyia, set in the hills behind the popular Coral Bay and is a short drive from the nicest beach in the area.

The villas offer easy access to the Akamas peninsula, with its spectacular landscapes, deserted sandy beaches and conservation projects.
Peyia's position guarantees fantastic views of Coral Bay and surrounding areas from almost wherever you happen to be. In fact, if you are looking over holidays in Cyprus, Peyia ranks as one of the best locations!
Ayios Georgios Basilica and the fountains of Peyia, 4.5km from the village, are the ruins of two early Christian basilicas with mosaic floors. Peyia is famous for its fountains in the stone-paved village square.
Our other two villas are located in Kato Paphos within walking distance of the harbour, and tourist area with all the tavernas, restaurants, bars, clubs, coffee houses, you need. This location is ideal for visitors who do not wish to hire a car.
